Forbes Travel Guide seeks a Hong Kong- or Taiwan-based independent contractor incognito evaluator to work on its annual Star Ratings and client evaluations. Forbes Travel Guide's professional team of evaluators travels the world to assess hotels, restaurants and spas based on 900 objective standards that determine our coveted annual Star Ratings and provide feedback to industry clients on a regular basis.
The person in this role will be responsible for gathering all information required to conduct and complete reports for assigned evaluations. The independent contractor is compensated per evaluation executed.
Though the ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong or Taiwan, the independent contractor position involves extensive travel throughout Asia-Pacific. Proximity to a major international airport is necessary.
Candidates for the evaluator position cannot maintain a concurrent role in the hospitality industry or one with a direct conflict of interest while working with Forbes Travel Guide.

Senior Salesforce Administrator
Forbes Travel Guide is
seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee and manage our Salesforce
instance. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the
Salesforce platform, who can grasp both our current setup and our business
objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. This
person will serve as the primary administrator for design, configuration,
functionality and end-user support of our Salesforce instance. The individual
will be responsible for optimizing and customizing Salesforce as needed to
promote growth and development, as well as handle all day-to-day administrative
functions to ensure smooth operation across the company. The successful
candidate must have the ability to solve problems, and act as a Salesforce
"guru" to all those who use it.
The ideal candidate will

Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Maintenance and Platform Enhancements- Own management of the
Forbes Travel Guide Salesforce instance, serving as an internal resource for
requirements definition through configuration, deployment and training to
promote adoption of all departments interacting with Salesforce.
- Engage with business
stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that
leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable
deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process
consistency.
- Identify production risks
and areas for improvement; prioritize, design and facilitate successful
implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Manage the integration of
applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to Forbes

- Manage incoming support
requests from front-line users; including daily administrative/maintenance
requests and larger analytical projects.

and enhancements, and manage reporting, data hygiene, and
deliverables/documentation.

Executive Trainer (U.S.)
The Executive Trainer is a dynamic individual
who combines a successful and in‐depth training background with demonstrated strengths in hospitality,
public speaking, relationship building and delivery of an exceptional learning
and development product for Forbes Travel Guide. This role requires executing
contracted hotel, restaurant and spa training to properties around the globe; a
considerable working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and Star‐Rated properties; acting as a representative
and ambassador of Forbes Travel Guide at all times; and enhancing and creating
additional resources for the Learning and Development training library. The
Executive Trainer will also assist with creating programs for clients, as well as continued enhancement of Learning and Development
offerings.

Staff Accountant
Forbes Travel Guide, an international hospitality ratings
company, is seeking a staff accountant to assist with the daily
functions in accounts receivable and processing of travel and
entertainment expenses. The successful candidate will work thoughtfully
with an excellent attention to detail, quality communications and
efficiently in a remote work environment.

- T&E Expense Review: Review and process travel and
entertainment expenses in Expensify (expense management software) for
domestic and international employees. Ensure the claims for
reimbursement are within company guidelines and correctly

- Invoicing: Generate customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner in our accounting system, Microsoft Business Central.
- Accounts Receivable: Issue monthly statements and contact customers for past-due collections.
